My journey of learning and healing is a personal one that led to Life Transformations which provides positive Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) Success Coaching, Transformational Coaching, and Neurofeedback Therapy. I struggled with learning difficulties, ADD, and suffered a serious kayaking accident shortly after graduation from Sacramento State University. From this, my passion is to help others find their path to optimum health and wellness.
By using state-of-the-art electroencephalography (EEG) technology, neurofeedback therapy provides non-invasive exercise of your brainwaves and strengthens your mind to promote life changes and symptom reduction. Neurofeedback is a non-mediated solution to improve self-regulation related to stress, attention, anxiety, depression, anger management, sleep-loss, ADD and hyperactivity. My emphasis is on reducing symptoms and increasing long-term personal success. These techniques have helped people of all ages overcome their limitations and get a clearer perspective on their personal goals.
I was born and raised on the central coast of California and have my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelors of Science degree in Recreation Administration from Sacramento State University.
Before starting Life Transformations, I worked closely local residents and families as both a therapist and social worker under the Family Care Network, a San Luis Obispo non-profit agency. I have also worked with the probation department in an Intensive Community Diversion program that provided support for first time offenders and Wraparound services, a program that provided coordination and 
facilitation between multi-agency community services for at-risk youth and their families.

I was able to fulfill this vision through support from Mission Community Services. Andrea Zeller, Executive Director, provided guidance in basic business planning, budget skills and community financial resources from the Mission Community Bank and the Economic Vitality Corporation (EVC). I would like to thank Andrea Zeller and Mike Manchak, President and CEO of the EVC, who both offered care, guidance and positive inspiration to fulfilling my dream.
